Everyone at Back Mountain Dental seems to really enjoy their jobs and the interaction with their patients. My family and I have been there about five times now and at each visit, everyone was friendly and informative. They use the latest in dental technology and strive to minimize patient discomfort. I left my old dentist because they seemed to operate behind the times and did not offer a warm and friendly atmosphere. I am so glad I switched.

Going to the dentiist is not always my favorite thing to do but I have to admit that this has been a very positive experience. Dr. DeFinnis and staff are pleasant, easy to talk with and the whole dental experience was outstanding. I was not looking forward to having the crowns and spending about 2hrs but Dr. Definnis explained as he did things and showed me how they make the crowns and have them all done in one appointment. I would highly recommend Back MT Dental to all.

When I told Dr Definnis I wanted to improve the look of my smile, I knew I could count on him to give me what I was asking for. He suggested I first whiten my teeth and then to create a really natural and great smile, veneers.

I have tried to whiten my teeth both professionally and at home. All I ever really seemed to get was a little whiter, a lot of sensitivity and a sore jaw. When Dr Definnis suggested a new whitening product, AcquaBrite, I was very hesitant. I am so glad I took his advice. I am beyond thrilled with the results. After years of stains and discoloration from drinking coffee, I finally have WHITE teeth and the whitening process was very comfortable. I had very little if any sensitivity (I have very sensitive teeth) and I also did not have a sore jaw from isolating my jaw for an hour (like most other products).

Dr Definnis then finished my smile with veneers. My smile is better than I expected and what is the most important it is so natural looking. As someone said to me "It looks like you take really good care of your teeth now". I have always taken good care of my teeth, but now it looks it too. I have such confidence when I smile all thanks to Dr Definnis.

Changes and trust are two words that most people are skeptical hearing. I am certainly one of them. Our dentist died and a new one was taking over his practice. Anxiety reared its ugly head as I had a dental appointment. Everything my old dentist was this new one was not. Can you imagine he was young? The office was in transition and changes were in progress. The new dentist was so excited when he spoke about dental treatment. As the months and years progressed I faced a lot of chair hours for a variety of problems. Slowly my dentist earned my trust enough to let him fix a birth defect. I never had a bite on my right side of my mouth and this would be a major undertaking. This treatment stared in October and concluded in April 2006. Dr. DeFinnis is extremely thorough and a perfectionist in his work. He truly is a man who loves his job and it shows in every aspect. I appreciate his kindness and caring way when I did have some problems. Dr. DeFinnis went out of his way to phone me to check on how I was doing he was concerned. When I needed to call the answering service he returned my telephone call in a reasonable time. The proficiency of his staff and the continuing education for himself and staff show the dedication for self improvement. Having a desire to improve and keep up with the latest advances just goes to show the type of dentist and personnel that are at Back Mountain Dental. There arenÕt enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. DeFinnis and his staff. My dental job was completed in April and for the first time I can eat on both sides of my mouth. I actually bite down just to hear the click on both sides of my mouth. Best of all I have a beautiful smile, which I do often I love my smile make over.

I could not agree more with my wife's assessment of Dr. DeFinnis, even though I became his patient for different reasons. We both were patients of our dentist who died and both of us decided to try Dr. DeFinnis. At first I was a bit skeptical because of his age and the fact that initially he only had office hours for three days a week. However, he eventually took over the practice full time. His enthusiasm for his work was wonderful. He would always explain what he intended to do and why. At the end of an appointment he was actually excited with the results. My problems were a little different than my wifeÕs. Many of my teeth had the old metal fillings, which would frequently crack and need replacement. After awhile this became impossible due to the damage to the teeth. I began having crowns and root canals as needed. After sometime he informed me that doing one tooth at a time was not practical due to the amount of work and cost. He suggested a complete smile make over. I discussed this with my wife and I decided to have the work done. I could not be happier; I find myself smiling more often because I feel my new teeth are perfect. Especially when someone takes a picture of me they always comment about my smile. I never have to worry about a loose or cracked filling or a toothache. Once again let me say that I have the up most regard for Dr. DeFinnis and his entire staff and would highly recommend him to anyone.
